The waist belt on a wrap skirt is usually about 120 inches, the skirt panels are usually about 60 inches around although there is some variance.

This would allow the skirt to be wearable on a 40 inch waist 10 inches of overlap
Waists smaller than 30 inches would wrap the straps around a third time to tie them

Lengths vary.

Our wrap skirts do not have buttonholes, just take the inner strap and bring it over the waist belt to tie it.
